We work with the Health and Wellbeing Alliance to reduce health inequalities, improve health services and outcomes for older people and to promote wellbeing.
  • One Digital

One Digital at Age UK helps older people to build their digital skills and have the confidence to live an included and independent life.
  • Personalised Integrated Care

Integrated Care is a way of coordinating health and social care services to make sure they are based closely around people's needs.
  • Homeshare

Prolonging independence by keeping older people in the home they love for longer by offering a helping hand.
  • Fit as a fiddle

This nationwide programme championed physical activity, healthy eating and mental wellbeing for older people.
  • Malnutrition Taskforce

A programme committed to tackling avoidable and preventable malnutrition and dehydration in older people.
