Charity Running Fundraising Events

Get fitter and healthier while raising money to help older people in need of support.

Running is a tried and tested way to improve fitness, so pull on those trainers and let's get moving for Age UK.

How do I get started?

  • Decide what your challenge will be. Perhaps you're running a specific event (5k, 10k, marathon) or you have a target you'd like to hit over a month. 
  • Set up a JustGiving page so people can donate online. 
  • Keep everyone up to date on any training you do beforehand, and how you’re getting on once the challenge has begun.

How will my money help?

Your money will make a real difference to the lives of older people who need us the most, whether they’re experiencing loneliness, issues around care, or the challenges associated with the cost of living crisis.
