Bereavement information guide

The death of someone close to us can be one of the hardest things that we ever have to go through. It can affect us in lots of different ways – and there's no right or wrong way to feel.

This guide explores how you might be feeling, why you might be feeling like that, and some of the things that could help you. It covers:

  • dealing with grief
  • talking about your feelings
  • looking after yourself
  • looking out for those around you.

It also lists organisations that specialise in bereavement and grief that you can contact for further support and guidance, now and in the future.
