Join us for helpful talks, fun activities, food and refreshments. We'll guarantee you come away from the event feeling inspired!  Places are limited, so booking is essential.

Choose to book either for the morning session or afternoon. The first talk of the morning session has a focus on Men's health, but Islington residents (18yrs+) or those with an Islington GP are welcome to book for either session.

Book for Morning session 10am - 12.20pm 'Keeping active and men's health talk'

Arsenal in the Community will be hosting a panel of Islington residents who will be talking about issues related to Men's Health. We'll also hear from the Expert Health Programme, and try out a short gentle fitness activity with Champions 4 Change at our seats (that can be done seated or standing).

Whilst there is a focus on men's health for the first talk of the morning, everyone is welcome (Islington residents 18yrs+ or with an Islington GP).

The afternoon session will start with a mini-workshop sharing things we can all do to help us feel brighter. We'll also have some practical tips and guidance to help to find free and affordable services to look after your sight, hearing, teeth and feet.
