Our Dementia Wellbeing Support Groups are relaxed groups for people with dementia and their family or friends.

Pick your local group - Wallington, Cheam or Central Sutton - and join us once a month on a Friday morning.

The groups are informal with time to get to know one another, and tea, coffee and biscuits are served.

There are also guest speakers or topics each month, with relevant information about living well with dementia and local services which can support you.

Groups are run by Age UK Sutton staff and supported by volunteers, all of whom are extremely friendly and helpful.
