Tuesday Treat rules

Age UK Weekly Lottery Licence

Age UK, 7th Floor, One America Square, 17 Crosswall, London EC3N 2LB, registered charity in England and Wales (1128267), Is licensed and regulated in Great Britain by the Gambling Commission (www.gamblingcommission.gov.uk) under account number 24446; a society lottery which raises funds to support Age UK’s work for older people.

The responsible person is: Paul Farmer, who can be contacted at the above address. £1 per entry. You must be 18 or over to enter. The % of proceeds raised and declared as profit in 2023 and the likelihood of winning a prize, can be found on the Society Lotteries web page.

There are two Age UK Weekly Lottery draws per week, Tuesday and Friday and once a quarter the Friday weekly draw is replaced by a Superdraw which is open to regular Age UK Weekly Lottery and Tuesday Treat Draw players.

Age UK Tuesday Treat Draw Rules

Entry to the Age UK Weekly Lottery

  1. To enter the Tuesday Treat Draw you must be age 18 or over and live in the UK. We are not licensed to accept entries online from The Channel Islands or The Isle of Man.
  2. The Promoter will conduct the Tuesday Treat Draw every Tuesday. The draw will be made utilising a random number generator that has been tested and approved by an independent, Gambling Commission approved, third-party test house.
  3. The winning numbers will be published on the Age UK website and will be available via the Age UK Tuesday Treat Draw helpline from the following working day. Please telephone 0800 304 7599 (Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, excludes Bank Holidays).
  4. The cost of each entry is £1. Players may purchase more than one entry and payment must be made in advance by one of the methods permitted.
  5. All net proceeds from the Draws go to Age UK. All funds are held in a separate trust account.
  6. The Promoters may reject any application without giving reason at its absolute discretion. No detail in the application may be changed in any way once it has been submitted, except for a change of address.
  7. The prizes for the Age UK Tuesday Treat Draw are printed in the leaflets provided and are advertised on the Age UK website. There are no alternatives to any prize and no interest is payable. Cash prizes will be sent by cheque within 14 days. Entrants will be notified as to any change in the prize structure.
  8. The Promoter is not responsible for any delay in bank payments.
  9. No liability is accepted for the loss, theft or delayed receipt of any communication.
  10. The Promoter may (without giving any reason or notice) decline to accept an application, cancel an existing subscription, or terminate or suspend the scheme.
  11. The Promoter reserves the right to use Winners’ names for promotional purposes. These will only be used in summary e.g. Mrs Smith from Surrey.
  12. The Promoter's decisions made pursuant to the Rules shall, once made, be final and binding.

All Age UK Weekly Lottery Rules apply unless otherwise stated above. 

Tuesday Treat Fast Reply Draw

The following terms and conditions apply to the Tuesday Treat Fast Reply Draw.

  1. The Tuesday Treat Fast Reply Draw is promoted by Age UK (charity number 1128267, company number 06825798) (the “Promoter”).
  2. The closing date for the Tuesday Treat Fast Reply Draw will be 14 days after the first qualifying response to this promotion is received.
  3. Qualifying responses will comprise of a fully completed application to join the Tuesday Treat Draw, using an Application Form which includes the pre-printed Promo Code for this promotion.
  4. The Tuesday Treat Fast Reply Draw will take place 5 working days after the closing date.
  5. The draw will be made utilising a random number generator that has been tested and approved by an independent third-party test house.
  6. 10 lucky winners will receive a £50 M&S Gift Card.
  7. There are no alternatives to the £50 M&S Gift Cards awarded.
  8. No liability is accepted for the loss, theft or delayed receipt of any communication.
  9. Further Tuesday Treat Fast Reply Draw details can be obtained by telephoning the Age UK Tuesday Treat Draw helpline on 0800 304 7599 (Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, excludes Bank Holidays).
  10. The Promoter reserves the right to use Tuesday Treat Fast Reply Draw winners’ names for promotional purposes. These will only be utilised in summary, e.g. Mrs Smith from Surrey.
  11. The Promoter may (without giving any reason or notice) decline to accept an application or terminate or suspend the scheme.
