Ever wanted to cross the English Channel on a bicycle? Or roller-skate to the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro? We're challenging you to Go the Distance for Age UK by taking a virtual journey across some of the world's most famous distances!

You choose the distance and how you will complete it (whether that's running, cycling, swimming or even dancing), and your family, friends and colleagues sponsor you to complete your challenge. Every challenge taken and distance conquered helps us be there for older people when they need us most.
